Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Manage an average caseload of 14–16 patients per day
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to manage a high-volume outpatient caseload effectively

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Strong documentation and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment
