Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Fort Worth, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical setting throughout a 12-hour day shift
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation goals
Monitor and document patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition
Adhere to facility dress code and infection control standards, including approved scrub color and footwear requirements

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (0545–1815), three days per week
Must wear Royal Blue scrubs
No artificial nails; must comply with infection control appearance standards
Appropriate closed-toe, facility-approved footwear required (no Crocs)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a rehabilitation hospital or post-acute care environment
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced Med/Surg unit
