Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients across clinic settings
Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on rehabilitation services to optimize patient health and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care goals
Serve patients across two clinic locations within the community

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Minnesota or eligibility to obtain
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an outpatient clinic or community-based rehabilitation setting
Experience working with diverse patient populations including pediatric and adult patients
