Job Title

MRI Technologist

Location

Oak Bluffs, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3x12-hour shifts including Saturdays | Rotating

Key Responsibilities

Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
Operate and maintain MRI equipment to ensure optimal image quality
Position patients correctly and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
Review and evaluate images for diagnostic quality prior to radiologist review
Adhere to all safety guidelines related to magnetic field environments

Required Qualifications

Active ARRT certification in MRI or MRI registry eligible
Current state licensure as required
Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment in a clinical setting
Flu vaccine required
Must have own reliable transportation

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with a variety of MRI protocols across multiple body systems
Strong patient communication and care skills in a fast-paced environment
