Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location

Lebanon, NH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday through Friday | 14-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home programs

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of New Hampshire
Current state or federally issued photo identification required
Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
Strong documentation and communication skills
