Contract | Days | Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing environment
Experience working in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting
