Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients to assess functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

  • Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Washington
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current NBCOT certification
  • Ability to work rotating shifts as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
