Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in a clinical or facility-based therapy setting
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
