Job Title

Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location

Ada, Oklahoma

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services in an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit setting
Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient and outpatient settings as assigned
Float to Med/Surg and inpatient therapy units as needed
Document patient care and progress accurately using Epic EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Required Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in the state of Oklahoma
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Proficiency or ability to work with Epic EMR
Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient environments

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient hospital setting
Familiarity with Med/Surg patient populations
Experience floating across multiple units within a hospital environment
