Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location

Albuquerque, NM

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday through Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop appropriate treatment goals
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist license in good standing
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at all times while on-site
Ability to meet a 36-hour weekly guarantee
Compliance with all facility badging and identification requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in a contract or registry therapy setting
Familiarity with New Mexico state healthcare compliance and documentation requirements
