Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (12-Hour Shifts) | Every Third Weekend | Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting during 12-hour night shifts
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across the full acuity spectrum
• Float to alike units as needed, with potential float to other regional locations
• Participate in on-call rotation, with a minimum 2-hour callback requirement when placed on low census
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information using Epic electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records charting
• Demonstrated ability to manage change, adapt to varying census levels, and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Strong time management, accountability, and interpersonal communication skills
