Job Title

Travel RN – ICU (Night Shift)

Location

Wichita, Kansas

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed ICU setting with patient ratios of 1:2 to 1:3
Operate and monitor specialized equipment including CRRT, IV pumps, fluid warmers, and blanket coolers
Assist with or support procedures such as dialysis line insertions, arterial line insertions, central line insertions, cardioversion, thoracentesis, and chest tube insertions
Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
Prioritize patient experience while maintaining clear communication with staff and providers
Float as needed across multiple campus locations within the health system

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital ICU experience
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience with Meditech EMR
Ventilator competency
IV drip (IV gtt) competency
