Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling (5x8 or 4x10 shifts), one Saturday per month with a flex day granted during the week | Start Time: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Projected Start: August 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one physical therapy services to patients in inpatient, inpatient rehabilitation (IRF), and outpatient settings
• Utilize specialized equipment including Lite Gait, BITS, NuStep, and IASTM tools as part of patient treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech and Nethealth electronic documentation systems
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, COTAs, and RNs
• Deliver therapy services across ortho and neuro outpatient, acute care, and IRF settings as needed, including supplemental outpatient coverage
• Maintain productivity expectations consistent with or below the national average (75–80%)

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency in core physical therapy clinical skills as an independent clinician
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and adapt to varying patient care needs throughout the day
• Ability to float between IRF, acute care, and outpatient settings as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) and acute care settings
• Familiarity with Meditech and/or Nethealth documentation platforms
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
