Job Title

Occupational Therapist – Rehab

Location

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Deliver skilled occupational therapy services to improve patient independence in daily living skills
Document all services accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Proficient documentation and communication skills
Knowledge of and commitment to compliance with state, federal, and facility safety and regulatory standards
