Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Rotating Shift | Outpatient with Inpatient Float

Key Responsibilities

Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy to address impairments and functional limitations
Develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving patient quality of life following injury or disease
Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments with consideration of patient gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs
Provide outpatient therapy services with inpatient float coverage as needed
Participate in on-call weekend rotation approximately once per month

Required Qualifications

Completion of a professional physical therapy education program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
Current BLS certification
Ability to make sound clinical judgments and maintain an empathetic, understanding attitude toward patients
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
Experience with both outpatient and inpatient therapy environments
