Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting
Monitor and assess laboring patients using intermediate fetal monitoring techniques
Support and care for postpartum patients following delivery
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and positive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Labor and delivery nursing experience required
Postpartum nursing experience required
Intermediate fetal monitoring certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
Must reside 80 or more miles from the facility
Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in a combined labor, delivery, and postpartum unit
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in high-acuity obstetric environments
