Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Wichita Falls, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on Medical Surgical units during night shift hours
Float between Medical Surgical units as needed based on staffing and patient census
Complete orientation modules as required during onboarding
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using electronic health record systems
Adhere to facility compliance requirements and travel nurse protocols throughout the contract period

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in-hand prior to start date
Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
Prior travel nursing experience required
Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Active Nursys verification required at time of submission
Must be willing to float between Medical Surgical units

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Epic electronic health record system strongly preferred
Familiarity with travel compliance documentation processes and timelines
