Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | Friday–Monday (36 guaranteed hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to a mixed caseload of inpatient and outpatient cases
Work independently in a rural hospital setting with minimal supervision
Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
Occasionally float to a secondary location as needed (rare)

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to practice in Oregon
Experience treating both inpatient and outpatient populations
Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare environment
All compliance requirements must be met prior to assignment start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a rural or critical access hospital setting
Comfort with a varied patient population across multiple care settings
