Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day and Night shifts available (3x12-hour shifts) | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM | Monday through Friday with 2–3 required weekends per 6-week scheduling period

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III/IV NICU setting
• Manage post-operative patients, including those with g-tubes and trach/vent needs
• Operate and monitor various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation
• Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver specialized pediatric and neonatal care

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of total NICU Level III/IV experience, with at least 1 full year in a Level IV NICU
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association only)
• NRP certification required (American Heart Association only)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)
• Must pass a telemetry exam prior to start (passing score of 80% or higher; two attempts allowed)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with post-operative neonatal patients in a high-acuity NICU environment
• Familiarity with a wide range of invasive and noninvasive ventilation modalities
• Prior travel nursing experience in a pediatric or neonatal specialty setting
