Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Show Low, AZ

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | 36-Hour Weekly Guarantee

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with telemetry capability on all beds
Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6 on nights, adjusted based on patient acuity
Collaborate with a support team including telemetry techs, charge nurses, HUCs, and PCTs
Float to other Medical Surgical units and ICU to support Medical Surgical overflow patients as needed
Participate in unit rounds alongside nursing leadership

Required Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical acute care setting
Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
Ability to float to Medical Surgical units and ICU (Medical Surgical overflow)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Current PALS certification preferred
Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Familiarity with pediatric Medical Surgical patient populations
