Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license — permanent Nevada state license required; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent Nevada licensure must be obtained promptly
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
Must not have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous travel therapy experience in an outpatient rehabilitation environment
Strong documentation skills with the ability to adapt to facility-specific systems
