Job Title

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

Location

Springfield, Oregon

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation facility setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve mobility
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in alignment with IRF care standards
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Oregon
Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
Ability to commit to a 13-week travel contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel therapy experience
Familiarity with IRF documentation and compliance requirements
