Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery and independence
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions targeting activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive rehabilitation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress toward discharge goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
- Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy experience in an IRF environment
- Familiarity with IRF-specific documentation and compliance requirements
- Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration in a rehabilitation setting
