Job Title

Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) setting
Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery and independence
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions targeting activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive rehabilitation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress toward discharge goals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
Experience working in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel therapy experience in an IRF environment
Familiarity with IRF-specific documentation and compliance requirements
Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration in a rehabilitation setting
