Job Title

Occupational Therapist - Rehab

Location

Britton, South Dakota

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Deliver therapy services aimed at improving patient independence in daily living skills
Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
Supervise COTAs in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
Active state Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Proficient documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a rehabilitation setting
Prior experience supervising COTAs
