Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress toward established therapy goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Iowa or ability to obtain prior to start
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient care environments

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a mixed outpatient/inpatient therapy setting
Strong documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
