Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Washington, NC

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Document patient information and care accurately using electronic health record systems
Float to other units as needed based on staffing and patient census requirements

Required Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or a valid Compact RN license
Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
Must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience (at least one completed assignment in a general setting)
Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new clinical environments
