Job Title

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location

Las Vegas, NV

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in a rehabilitation setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment findings
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nevada (or ability to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Experience working in a rehabilitation or acute care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
Proficiency in dysphagia evaluation and treatment, including modified barium swallow studies
Strong documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) skills
