Contract, Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time, Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8s, 40 hours per week | Clinic hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services across two clinic locations on a consistent, assigned schedule
• Conduct one-hour evaluations and manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day, totaling 50–55 visits per week
• Treat a diverse patient population including musculoskeletal, low back pain, post-operative, geriatric, vestibular, and deconditioned cases (all ages except children 0–6)
• Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team including PTs, PTAs, aides, and additional clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates not accepted)
• Experience treating outpatient musculoskeletal and general orthopedic patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Dry Needling certification
• Experience with vestibular rehabilitation or geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with the NextGen documentation platform
