Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Location

Marion, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor and Delivery setting throughout the night shift
Monitor and interpret electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) data and respond appropriately to findings
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe labor, delivery, and postpartum transitions
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC electronic health records
Adhere to unit attendance and scheduling expectations, including every other weekend and every other holiday

Required Qualifications

Active RN license (any state) or valid compact RN license
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
Current BLS certification
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
EFM-NCC or AWHONN certification required
EPIC electronic health records charting experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in a high-volume or acute care Labor and Delivery environment
Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and pre-start onboarding processes
