Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Hours Guaranteed Weekly | Start Time: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to an adult inpatient rehabilitation patient population including stroke, traumatic and non-traumatic brain injury, debility, amputation, spinal cord injury, cardiac/pulmonary conditions, and neurological disorders such as MS, Parkinson's, and myopathy
• Deliver therapy services within a free-standing inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting maintaining a 5:1 patient-to-therapist ratio
• Utilize specialized rehabilitation equipment including Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G systems as part of individualized treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic EHR
• Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary therapy team members to support cohesive, patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana
• Minimum of 1–2 years of physical therapy experience
• Experience working with adult patient populations
• Required education: BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of scheduled rotation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with neurological, stroke, and brain injury patient populations
• Experience with Epic EHR documentation
