Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 13–26 Weeks | 40 Hours/Week Guaranteed | 4x10 schedule available; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments to a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient goals and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using the Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Complete required HealthStream training modules prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BSPT or DPT)
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts (or eligibility)
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting
• New graduates are not eligible for this position
• Ability to complete assigned HealthStream modules within the week prior to start date (approximately 3 hours or less)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Raintree EMR
• Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
