Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 18:45–07:15) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
Cover pediatric patients as needed in addition to adult Med Surg population
Perform IV therapy and phlebotomy as part of routine patient care
Manage feeding tube care and maintenance for applicable patients
Float to other units as required to meet facility staffing needs
Provide every other weekend coverage; no on-call requirement

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience required
Active Oklahoma RN license or valid compact state license required
Current BLS certification required
NIH Stroke Scale certification required
Must be available to start as soon as possible; no blocked scheduling permitted
Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at time of application

Preferred Experience / Skills

Telemetry experience preferred
ACLS and CPI certifications preferred
Experience with Meditech charting system preferred
Feeding tube care, IV therapy, and phlebotomy experience preferred
