Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Deliver therapeutic interventions in accordance with established care standards and clinical protocols
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility requirements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent state licensure required (compact licensure alone is not sufficient long-term)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Relevant experience in an outpatient or similar clinical setting
Ability to fulfill a 20 to 26-week contract commitment
Must meet all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
