Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT)

Location

Worthington, MN

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | No weekends, no holidays | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a variety of outpatient cases across the department
Document patient care and progress using EPIC electronic health records
Begin seeing patients within the first few days following departmental orientation
Adhere to facility dress code requirements (business casual attire)
Badge in and out of the facility per required protocols

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Minnesota
Current CPR certification
Proficiency or ability to learn EPIC electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to quickly acclimate to a new department and begin patient care with minimal ramp-up time
