MRI Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures in accordance with facility protocols and patient care standards
Operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently to produce diagnostic-quality images
Prepare and position patients for MRI scans, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure
Review images for quality and completeness prior to radiologist interpretation
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to imaging procedures

Required Qualifications

Current ARRT registration in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
Active Oregon state license or eligibility to obtain one
Demonstrated clinical experience operating MRI equipment
BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging setting
Familiarity with a variety of MRI protocols and patient populations
