Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
Maintain compliance with facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements before start of assignment
Ability to commit to a 20–26 week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

Previous experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
Familiarity with contract or travel therapy assignments
