Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat an average of 9–11 outpatient patients per day across orthopedic, total joint, vestibular, neurological, and balance-related diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans in an outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure quality outcomes
• Document patient progress and treatment notes using Cerner EMR
• Participate in a 1–2 day facility-specific orientation prior to independent practice

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience in acute care or skilled nursing
• Proficiency or ability to learn Cerner EMR
• Ability to treat a varied outpatient caseload including orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological patients

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience working alongside PTAs in a collaborative clinic environment
• Familiarity with total joint and vestibular rehabilitation protocols
