Job Title

Registered Nurse – NICU

Location

Johns Creek, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting
Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns throughout night shifts
Perform and maintain PICC line insertions and management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Level III NICU experience required
Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand)
Current BLS certification
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
PICC line experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-acuity or academic medical center NICU environment
Strong critical thinking and communication skills in fast-paced neonatal care settings
