Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU

Location

Monroe, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
Adhere to all unit protocols, compliance requirements, and orientation schedules

Required Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience (first-time travelers accepted)
Ability to work major holidays as assigned per contract guidelines
All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes permitted post-offer or post-start
Full compliance with onboarding requirements, including core items and labs completed within 48 hours of contract signing

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in an ICU or critical care setting
Familiarity with travel nursing compliance and onboarding processes
