Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department

Granbury, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: 08/31/2026

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a 10-room, 19-bed/chair Emergency Department setting
Manage a patient ratio of 4:1 in a fast-paced emergency environment
Assess, triage, and treat patients presenting with trauma, stroke, and chest pain conditions
Document patient care accurately using MEDHOST EMR system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active RN licensure (must be valid for state of assignment)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted)
TNCC certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
Experience with trauma, stroke, and chest pain patient populations
Titers must be in hand at time of submission
Traveler must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with MEDHOST EMR system
