Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Abington, PA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery setting with a patient ratio of 1:2
Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic electronic health record system
Participate in rotating weekend coverage, required every third weekend (Friday/Saturday)
Fulfill at least one major holiday requirement from Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
Active and valid RN state license required at time of submission
Current NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
AWHONN Intermediate or Beginner certification required
Proficiency with Epic charting system required

Preferred Experience / Skills

AWHONN Advanced certification preferred
Prior travel nursing experience in Labor and Delivery settings
