Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Wichita Falls, TX

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 or 4x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting with a predominant focus on Med/Surg patients
Work night shift hours on a rotating 3x12 or 4x12 schedule, totaling 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee
Float to support Med/Surg unit as needed based on census and staffing demands
Accurately document patient care activities using electronic health record systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand prior to start
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required
Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Active Nursys verification required
Must be willing to float to Med/Surg as the primary unit of support

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience with Epic electronic health record system strongly preferred
IMC, PCU, or Stepdown clinical background highly desirable
