Job Title

Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location

Saint Helena, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Administer radiopharmaceuticals or radiation intravenously to detect or treat diseases using radioisotope equipment
Administer medical substances for imaging and other diagnostic or therapeutic procedures
Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation
Coordinate patient flow and manage throughput for both inpatient and outpatient populations
Maintain procedure quality control standards
Operate GE Infinia Hawkeye Nuclear Medicine Camera

Required Qualifications

Diploma or certificate from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine
Minimum of 5 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
Active California State Nuclear Medicine License
Current registration with ARRT in Nuclear Medicine or certification through NMTCB
Venipuncture (IV) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor

Preferred Experience / Skills

Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage patient throughput in a high-volume setting
