Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location

Williamstown, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday through Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification at all times

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current state or federal issued photo identification required
Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee, Monday through Friday

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a contract or registry therapy setting
Strong documentation and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment
