Job Title

Speech Language Pathologist

Location

Carthage, North Carolina

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services in an outpatient setting
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
Manage a caseload of approximately 14–16 patients per day
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of North Carolina
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility
Experience working in an outpatient therapy setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience managing a high-volume outpatient caseload
Strong documentation and time-management skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
