Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit within an acute care hospital setting
• Maintain a standard staffing ratio of 1:5 (nurse to patient)

• Participate in on-call rotation and be available to return to the facility within one hour when called in
• Float to Medical Surgical / Telemetry units at additional campuses as needed based on census
• Complete required pre-start training modules (up to 8 hours) through the facility's learning management system prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent and consecutive Medical Surgical experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Active, valid RN state license (pending licenses not accepted)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Proficiency with medication scanning technology
• Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Flexibility with scheduling, including every-other-weekend (EOW) availability and willingness to minimize time-off requests
