Job Title

Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse – Nights

Location

Delta, CO

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during night shift hours
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Document patient care activities accurately and in accordance with facility policies

Required Qualifications

Current, active RN license in the State of Colorado
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
ACLS and PALS certifications required upon hire or obtainable within 6 months of start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

Minimum of two years of relevant Medical/Surgical nursing experience
Specialty certification in a relevant clinical area
