Job Title

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Travel Contract

Location

Sierra Vista, Arizona

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services within an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) setting
Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Document patient progress and treatment plans using Cerner and NetHealth EMR systems
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient recovery goals
Provide occasional coverage to MedSurg unit as needed

Required Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in the state of Arizona
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
Proficiency or ability to quickly learn Cerner and NetHealth EMR platforms
Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) or acute care hospital setting
Familiarity with MedSurg patient populations
