Job Title

Physical Therapist (PT) – Travel

Location

Louisville, Kentucky

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for acute care patients
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records using the facility's EMR system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Float to additional units within the facility as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Kentucky
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
Experience in an acute care setting
Ability to work a Monday–Friday day shift schedule
Compliance with all facility credentialing and onboarding requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
Familiarity with high-acuity patient populations and complex rehabilitation needs
Previous travel therapy assignment experience
