RN - Emergency Room (Emergency Care)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 7 On / 7 Off
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Level 4 Trauma designated emergency department
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with emergent and non-emergent conditions
- Coordinate care with transfer ambulance services and air ambulance support teams
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior emergency room nursing experience
- Ability to work a 7 on / 7 off rotating schedule on day shift
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a trauma-designated emergency department
- Familiarity with air and ground ambulance transfer coordination
- TNCC or CEN certification
